The superior quality of Saltea's kitchen comes from our chefs, who have an extensive professional experience in cooking, a great family made up of Pedro Jose Sola Gomez and Antonio Vilches.

While Antonio combines Mediterranean roots whith French specialties, Pedro's expertise in rice dishes and seafood is particularly outstanding. He comes with a maitre and a team of waiters that have been working together for more than 15 years in the Port of Luis Campomanes. Our professionals are a solid team that combines gastronomic experimentation with tradition.
